Holmes County to get Theme Park, Too

Bonifay, FL—Jim Fowler of Mutual Omaha’s wild Kingdom series just bought 790 acres of land just outside Bonifay this week. He’s now developing an animal park on the land that’s going to become a major tourist destination on the Florida panhandle. But, according to the developer, Barbara Farris of Blue Dolphin II, the Jim Fowler safari-type park is only a small part of all that’s planned that will change the face of Bonifay forever…..

The Land

7000 +/- acres
3+/- miles of I-10 frontage
2+/- miles of Highway 79 frontage
3+/- miles of Douglass Ferry frontage
4+/- miles of Homestead Rd. frontage

Blue Dolphin II, Inc. has been instrumental in bringing this project to NW Florida. By using the Reedy Creek philosophy (Disney land buyer), BD II, Inc. went out and spent over 1 year and millions of its own money to secure this location and opportunity.
